QuickTicket – Lowering the Bar for Creating Tickets

QuickTicket is a Ruby on Rails plugin designed to unobtrusively and easily allow users of a web application to post ticket while “snapshotting” their current location and use information. This plugin was created to obtain user feedback and input without requiring them to understand or learn a whole new ticket system. It is currently adapted for Lighthouse, but could be used with any ticketing system that provides some form of API accessible from Ruby. The plugin is designed to work with either the default Prototype/Script.aculo.us package or JQuery.
