<p>You’ll need to copy logcopy.rb to your deployer user’s home directory. Where I have my apps hosted, I have the logs roll with a date format like .yyyy.mm.dd-blah, and the logcopy.rb will allow you to specify how many days back you’d like your logs to run.</p>
<p>Also, copy the cap task in harvest_logs.rb to your deploy.rb, and you’ll be able to run cap harvest_logs. You’ll want to make changes to the directory structure in harvest_logs and logcopy if you’re using something other than /var/www/apps/appName/current</p>
