Welcome to the structure-cdk-ng.
This project is an alternative solution to draw 2D structures from CDK molecules without the CDK::Graphic2DRenderer.
Please have a look at depth-first for description and usage.
I updated this project as a component of Ruby CDK to keep it working with CDK 1.2.×.
Now, rcdk is independet of this library thanks to the new jchempaint renderer classes. By now, I don’t plan to do any work on this project here.
