<p>It is free in the sense that it <strong>costs nothing</strong>. You get the full version<br />
(not a so-called “lite” or crippled version) for zero dollars. It’s hard to be any<br />
clearer than that.</p>
<h2>Free From Restriction</h2>
<p>Wikipedia says of Free Software:</p>
Free software is software that can be used, studied, and modified without restriction,
and which can be copied and redistributed in modified or unmodified form either without
restriction, or with restrictions only to ensure that further recipients can also do these things.
