The Admin screen is available at
/admin
or by clicking “admin” near the top-right of any page.

Anyone who is an administrator or [[SuperAdmin]] can access this screen, while the settings and options available are limited according to the access the user has.

Admins

On the left is the list of admins (not including SuperAdmins). Each line is expandable to show/modify the specific privileges the user has.

Customization

Settings

Most of the configuration of OneBody is done on the [[Settings]] screen.

Community Logo

Also, if you’re using a standard theme that supports it, you can easily upload a community logo file to be displayed in place of the standard text heading on the site.

Custom Theme

If you’re familiar with HTML, CSS, etc., click “Custom Theme” to completely customize the overall look of the site. You can even upload additional images, CSS files, and more (called “assets”).

Pages

Even if you have the [[ContentManagementSystem]] (CMS) feature disabled, some “pages” are modifiable in this section, including the Privacy Policy and other visible elements of the site.

Updates

Because [[OneBody]] can optionally be synchronized from your church’s standard membership database (a one-way sync), changes by users that need to be updated the other way are saved as “updates” so that staff can review.

Groups

Creation of new groups requires approval by an admin. This section of the admin screen displays pending groups.

Group Memberships

Users can optionally (per group) be required to request to join a group. These requests are sent to group admins and can also be approved by an overall site admin. This section of the admin screen displays pending group memberships.

Log

The log is where activity on the site is kept in case review is needed. Suspicious activity is flagged for review by trained staff. This is done to protect people from harassment, and especially to protect children from predators or other harmful Internet activity.

Import Data

Use this administration screen to import user data from an external source via a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file. This is a simpler (but less powerful) alternative to using [[UpdateAgent]].

Export Data

You can easily export the core of your database (people, family, and group data) to either XML or CSV format.
