Welcome to the talk.org wiki!
Getting started:
Assuming you have the Google App Engine SDK installed and working.
Simply download the Talk.org source code.
Rename settings.py.sample to settings.py (This got me stuck/confused for a little while)
Then run “dev_appserver.py talk.org/” to start the application on localhost:8080
