<p>One of the important missing parts in <span class="caps">RTM</span> is that it does not have <strong>project</strong> concept. Though it has a list to bundle tasks, the UI will collapse as sooner as lists get increased.</p> <p>To solve this problem, there are some approaches:</p> <ul> <li>use Note. each task has an unique ID. Tasks are linked with their IDs by embedding their related IDs in the note field titled as special keyword (title:project_XXX, &#8230;)</li> <li>use Tag. Special prefixed tags that bundle related tasks.
