One of the important missing parts in RTM is that it does not have project concept. Though it has a list to bundle tasks, the UI will collapse as sooner as lists get increased.

To solve this problem, there are some approaches:

use Note. each task has an unique ID. Tasks are linked with their IDs by embedding their related IDs in the note field titled as special keyword (title:project_XXX, …)

use Tag. Special prefixed tags that bundle related tasks. This approach has a cons: viewing tasks from RTM web interface, the tag cloud could be easily collapsed.

Any suggestions?
