Thanks to Jeff Grigg, I now have the source for Diasparsoft Toolkit and have made it available here on github. No one actively builds on this project, so please don’t ask for features. Frankly, it would surprise me to learn that Java doesn’t have far superior tools now to all the things the Toolkit can do. Still, if you need it, then you can find it here.
