Setting up the geolocation DB
- Download the current DB here.
- Download from one of the top two links only, either hostip_current.sql.gz or hostip_current.sql.bz2. The rsync locations and mirrors use a completely different table structure that the hostip PHP code won’t work with.
- Create a database for it, execute the .sql file while using that database.
- Rename or copy db.example.php to db.php, and put the credentials for the hostip database into db.php.
