Sitebeagle lets you know on twitter if a site has changed or is down.
Uses:
=1= Let me know when Hulu has updated its site with a new TV episode.
=2= Let me know if my site is down.
To run sitebeagle you need newlisp, which you can download here: http://www.newlisp.org/index.cgi?page=Downloads
You also need cURL which you can get here:
http://curl.haxx.se/
Right now just edit checksite.lsp to have the right settings for twitter.
To run sitebeagle, just type checksite.lsp http://faqs.org/
