• Add aliases @ignore and @endignore as are more readable than @cond @endcond
• Doxygen standard doc style guide
• Find and fix reason for occasional missing class methods.
• Look into adding custom header and footer, especially to allow the docs on the website to take on a look and feel more similar to the website (but simpler to make sure readability is not sacrificied)
• Play with other more intuitive (?) doxygen document layouts (editable by modifying the layout XML)
